Please bring a copy of the athletes birth certificate (for us to keep) along with the completed registration form and payment.

Time: 10 am - 1 pm

Registration fee plus complete uniform is $130 (complete uniform includes warm-up suit, tank, shorts and bag).

Registration fee only (no uniform) is $75.

Cash or check payable to Frederick Striders.

Uniforms will not be ordered after February 4, 2012. You can register but you will be responsible for getting your own uniform.

Practice will begin in March.
